1. What do you do now? Get out of the house and have some fun. Get together with your family members or some friends you have not seen in a while, they will be glad to hear from you. Let them in on the situation you are going through, may be they can be of some help. There is no reason for you to go through this alone. Hanging out with your friends and family can help you focus on having a good time and not your problems.
2. If you feel that there is a good possibility of the two of you getting back with each other do not leave angry, just leave. Fussing and fighting with them will not make them want you back. As a matter of fact, it will make them leave you alone period. Do not end it on a bad note. Leave with a smile just like you came with a smile. Once you respect their wishes and see how open you are to the break up, they will wonder why are they losing such a person.
3. Communication is the key. If the two of you can not sit down and talk like adults with out one blaming the other, then you might as well let it go. You must be willing to meet each other half way on this thing. Talk to each other, find out what it is they want or need. You may not even be the problem, it could just be something personal that made them feel the way they do. Communicating opens up the doors of possibilities for you and your ex.
